most methods are cope, masseter training gives you tmj and other shit, puling/pushing shit def doesn't work, taking supplements seems pointless compared to eating food, non processed food is hard to get so eating healthy isn't easy, maybe debloating would do something or it might not do shit and prove i have no bones. What the hell is left

Tbh most of what you said is valid but the thing is almost everything in life is cope if you look at it through that lense. Sex is cope since you can get std and feel lethargic afterwards, making a lot of money is cope since you can lose it. The thing is to implement what fits and roll with it, almost everything worthwhile in life is a gamble but it's better to have truly tried and failed than never to start. The problem a lot of people have regarding looksmaxxing is that they try to do everything right from the start and all the time. They go from rotting to starting to lift 6x per week, from eating goyslop to smthing extreme like carnivore and start hard mewing and chewing 24/7 and of course, they burn out. Start slow and build up to where you want to be. Create a mental image of the man you want to become and assume you are already him and work towards that goal from the start to the end. That person wouldn't eat fastfood 5x per week so cut that out, that person would enjoy working out so he would start going only 3x per week to ensure proper recovery and then do cardio or take his steps on the offdays.
