Is everything other than accutane cope?

Im 16 and my hormonal acne is just cooking me. After looking into accutane, side effects sound like Thanos raping u. Is there any other thing I could do that is not cope?

Tret or taz is good the only side effect is dry skin which you can fix with moisturizer every evening
