most of the days i feel mentally paralyzed and completely incapable of making decisions and acting on them. it's incredibly debilitating, it takes me 6 hours of ruminating to do 5-6 minutes worth of banal tasks and chores. that can't just be ordinary laziness or depression

i was capable of reversing that block with low doses of benzos some time ago, but i m too much of an addict now, so i just swallow 8-9 mg the moment i get a new box

It isnt studied enough but I think it should be. It's called laziness. The thing is that you should start as small as possible. Simply making your bed every morning. It's very far outside the spectrum of normal so people dont understand It.
Make your bed and clean your room. Otherwise do tasks for 1 minute and stop.
