Cortisol increase lasts 2 hours. To compensate T increases. After leg day I sweat everywhere tired af heart beating faster all signs of high cortisol. But after sleeping I wake up with a humungous boner and can't sleep until I fap and that fap feels so fucking good.

Exercise is good in every way. The cortisol spike is temporary and has no effect on your looks whatsoever.

Eat carbs after working out as that actually reduces cortisol if you’re so worried about it.

No. Our bodies are designed to be used. Not using your muscles makes them atrophy, not exercising makes your bones brittle and weak, not moving makes your entire being revolt against your choices. Our bodies are machines that require usage for optimal performance; that being said, over-usage can be detrimental. So yes, workout, but take your rest days, sleep, and practice proper form.

And how lucky are we to have been born in such bodies: imagine if every time you moved or had fun with sports you were damaging your body, and you had to carefully think about which days you could be active and which day you could not. What a miserable existence. Be happy that you were born in a body that benefits from you being active!
