In my opinion, is the most important thing.
I have a decent jaw, but my eyes have no support, so they look terrible, plus they aren't hooded. That fucks my entire face, but it is what it is

i feel like it is, if a face has good eyes its practically impossible to look bad, but a face with bad eyes isnt entirely done for either you can still do a lot to help your eye area

You can find many people having good jaw on average but not good eye area.
