Is eye laser surgery a worthy looksmax for glassescels? (Scared of side effects)

I have quite dry eyes but pretty sure glasses take away a lot from looks as well as general quality of life however I'm scared of perma headaches or eye pain after surgery. Anyone got eye surgery?

i got it, now have permanent dry eyes. i swear they siphon my energy too (my strained eyes need to draw on more power to function). i wish i had just kept going with glasses indoors/contacts outside. i barely go outside anyways. i got it 10 yrs ago. i hate to think what further lubricant deterioration might occur in 30 yrs. it's a constant 'tear' in your eyeball so it needs constant lubrication.

I had 4.5 Left eye and 4 right eye astigmatism.Did Lasik 2 years ago.I am happy now but i got dry eyes and starburst.It is 80% worth seriously i couldn't even see with glasses.
Dry eyes are not problem in my case.

Never complains about any pain at all
