Is eye pulling cope?

My eye's are not tight what so ever and I want to start eye pulling but I want to make sure I'm not giving myself wrinkles and just wasting my time for no reason.
If someone has actually gotten results can you post them here (no frauding)
If it's not cope then can some give me a guide on how to prevent wrinkling
