Is eyeliner a looksmax?

Or is it a looksmin if your eyelashes are already dense? (Because then it will seem that your eyes are dark due to the eyeliner, instead of actually being dark genetically, which is superior)

its one of the underrated looksmaxes ever as you can use them in a way that u dont even look like ur wearing them. they can also help increase medial canthus and mask uee a bit if you have it
