Is faceapp cheekbone and dimple morph possible irl?

When I apply the filters cheekbone 3 and dimples 3 (and smooth skin 3) on a selfie, it legit turns me from ltn to hhtn/chadlite.

Are these bone changes possible with malar implants and slight buccal fat removal? I've noticed faceapp increases the zygos near the very top, near the eye area, so I'm not sure what kind of implant placement I would need to achieve a similar result.

Anyone managed to replicate these results irl surgically?
