i haven't seen much from him but for what i have seen he just looks like a scammer tryna takes as much money as he can and he also try's so hard to seem like a "Good Guy" but i think that his need for that appraisal is just so he can steal more money of people, i cant really tell behind the scenes but i wouldn't trust him personally
