think about it; u can become a pretty, more feminine boy. why isnt it talked about more on here? i dont think it fixes recession tho, so theres a problem of bimax + implants or ffs. maybe you can do both?

i want to look similar to chae yul. first i gotta fix recession, wider teeth (someone plz invent a way to expand the lower set of teeth for aesthetics), and maybee ffs (eye area, nose, prolly face width).

does anyone have any opinions on ffs for looksmaxxing? is it underrated or am i being delusional

There are multiple methods to widen the lower teeth. SFOT, MSDO, and as part of a multi piece mandible surgery

I cant find any research on mandible expansion on esthetics nor many facial before/afters of mandible expansion. Do you have any source?
People get wrap around mandibular implants so I imagine MSDO also has it's place for esthetics.

SFOT bone grafts only only add to alveolar bone therefore not effecting the size of the mandible while allowing for wider lower arch without destroying your bite or teeth.

brother, thats because mandible expansion doesn’t work like maxilla expansion. when you get msdo, your mandible doesn’t create new bone. try visualizing it; its gonna have to cave inwards to get wider outwards.

i too cannot find any study on msdo for aesthetics, but you can ask any surgeon or giant and theyd have the same opinion.

hmm that sounds interesting. i thought it was only done so only for mse (health, not aesthetics), but ill look into it
