I look like a child when I'm bloated with no stubble but when I'm lean and clean shaven I look much more masc. Even more masc with stubble. It's not a facial feature itself, but is facial leanness considered a dimorphic trait? I'd argue it is, because a lean face is the opposite of what most girls have, soft bloated faces.
