Am planning on getting trimax this year and am just curious if something like this is even hypothetically possible?

can't see the image but yes ccw will shorten the face usually (not sure about impaction how to feel about it though)

I definitely think ccw impaction is necessary in my case of downward growth to bad u cant see the image also feel like since my chin slops down a lil genio could remove some chin length.

I had morphed the pic shared in your previous thread (~2 months ago) but didn't proceed to post it for whatever reason :

It gives a rough idea of what you could look like post-bimax and post-rhino.

Maybe id you got to giant, most other surgeons wouldnt make that big of a change

ramus plays a big role in this case yup
Nah its his soft tissues. They will not automatically be fixed like that. He want to be another person, its not happening

what would u suggest
Realistic expectation, for procedures there is plenty. But this dude has been spamming his fave here for like a year so i doubt he will do anything at this point. I mean a bimax wouldnt necessarily do much. He would need bimax, then wait 6 months, do rhino and a lip lift combo with a good surgeon. The thing is he could prob look really good after this from the side. But then he might need some fillers in the jaw or something for the front. And the outcome is like extremly hard to predict. Ideally he should wait 1 year post bimax to be safe sith the rhino and lip lift. So we are looking at a 2-3 year window of waiting for the end result. But this guy probably havent even started decomp yet. So it might be 1-2 years before the surgery takes place even if he is fast. People dont understand the time aspect of surgery. Also he needs atleast 60k as a budget for everything of that. As revision is high esp in rhino and lip lift

6month post bimax for rhino is pretty realistic no need to wait a full year. the decompensation part def sucks and he needs to find a competent ortho TOO. for me personally the idea of getting surgery to getting my braces in for the 12month decomp took 4 MONTHS. its crazy how cucked some orthos are nowadays. jaw surgery indeed is very time intensive pre AND post

Its not obvious for many as residual swelling which many have depending on movements etc will cause greater risk of all kinds of issues during the surgery because the obv there will not be the same space for fluid to come and flush which can cause issues. 1 year is preferred allways. Unless very small movements, ofc money hungry surgeons will tell you otherwise.

I mean it depends it also depends if you want to optimize or not. The surgeons love to have a good explanation for why things didnt went as expected. Ohh maybe we should have waited more afterall. So you can expect the result to be a bit suplboptimal. They are sneaky with these things. Longer time is better, but they know longer time might be more time to rethink or go to another surgeon

i know sunil will do the job for me

In this morph you have changed the gonial angle which isn’t possible in bimax.

You can only rotate the anterior part of the face, not the jaw angles.

A jaw angle implant would be needed to do this- at your own risk ⚠️

Been reading a lot your posts along with tweaqos, austrian mogger, lefort17, and acquiescence. Would you mind me dming you with some angles for advice?

I’ve been lurking because I don’t have much to add in the way of productive conversation. Just learning more about movements, different maxilla cuts, prices, pre-dental work, etc.
