My Dad developed bruxism from years of drug abuse, his jaw looks way too wide and his gonions are bloated now. He had a much better jaw before.

Yeah falim is good, I started out with literally 0 masseter muscle and now it's significantly more strong. I must say though when I first started I chewed daily and got stuck in a bad turmoil of TMJ. Eventually I stopped chewing for about a month, then built it up really slowing and now it's good again.
