Jfl dude you're still alive , I've actually found you an SN source but since you're doing all well then ig you need it
I already have my own SN source but I got my credit card taken away so I can buy it rn

Of course, it only makes the masseter pop but the real deal in good jaw is sharpness, angle, etc.

Gum chewing won't change your jaw angle or shit recession, so on that front it's very much cope.

It's not a cope. Chewing hard food/gum will make your jaw wider. Your jaw muscles can undergo hypertrophy just like any other muscle in your body.

It is cope tmj is a real thing that can happen plus it'll grow your temporal muscles aswell making your skull more blocky

TMJ can happen with excessive chewing. I've personally never experienced anything when it comes to temporal muscles growing but all I know is that when I chewed falim gum for around 15 minutes per day, it sharpened my jawline & made it look objectively better.

I don't think chewing which is an essential thing that humans should be doing, could possibly be a cope. Jaws are underdeveloped in part due to soft diets which mess up teeth development & make you look less robust.

I guess imo does nothing aesthetic wise. Ruins good faces in my opinion, the sagittal length of the mandible is what matters, along with being lean enough to have a defined gonion and a tight submental (without much fatty or sagging skin). That's what makes a jaw look good to me not hypertrophied masseters. also over developed masseters looks uncanny if u overdo it

It definitely improves aesthetics with no real downsides as long as you don't develop TMJ by overdoing it. Most people have underdeveloped jaws because of our soft diet. It's very hard to overdo it to the point where you overdevelop your masseter muscles imo. Should be combined with neck training ideally (no one wants a big jawline and then a small neck it doesn't look right)

That’s a meme. Chewing won’t make you look bloated and in fact it might even make your cheeks look more hollow.
