Is fasting cope

Im wondering if not eating will make yourself look younger for a longer time like many gurus say or is that bs because in the end being hungry lots of time also stresses you mentally. If the benefits ( staying younger ) really outweigh the negatives ( feeling hungry and tired ). I am in for it but im not sure if thats just an illusion and actually eating normally (2-3) times a day is even better for longevity. My goal is to vampiremax and prevail the rest of current youth (late 20s).

Also ive heard about hgh being helpful with that but unsure if its already time to start with that.

yeah eating frequently is important for longevity/looks

fasting chronically elevates cortisol adrenaline noradrenaline and glucagon

all stress hormones that will fuck your looks if you elevate them for long enough
