Maybe you mean it lowers IGF-1?

fasting will kill 90% of your collagen and heavily decrease muscle mass

You dont fast forever. Losing T and collagen for a few weeks > being fat all your life

Well with increased HGH you should also have greater IGF-1 levels so I don't see how it could stunt your growth (assuming that you eat the same number of calories and get enough nutrients).

technically yes

oihh yeah, that was it. I think he said fasting decreases IGF-1

do intermittent fasting for that, it actually increases T and skin quality.

it does increase gh but that much that it would have impact on growth (height)

Fasting lowers your blood sugar. Fasting does not lower IGF-1, in fact it will result in a release of HGH, which will increase IGF-1

I don't know of any hormone that is released by fasting which stunts growth. (if I don't know such a hormone, it probably does not happen.)

Yes, fasting might make your pituitary release some growth hormone because fasting lowers blood sugar.

I suggest you should not "fast" completely, you should "almost fast" in other words mimic total fasting, but give your body the nutrients it needs.

You can drink all the water you want, and hard boiled eggs, and lettuce and other salad vegetables. Your body needs WATER, FIBER, VITAMINS AND MINERALS, OIL or FAT, and PROTEIN. Your body does NOT need carbohydrates, but you will get some carbs from lettuce and salad vegetables. Do NOT water - only - fast...

So... a hard boiled egg gives you protein and fat... lettuce and tomato give you fiber and vitamins and minerals You will not be "hungry" at all.

Buy a blood glucose meter and test strips. Check your blood sugar. Your goal, to release some growth hormone in your body, is to get blood sugar below 70 mg/dl. and above 55 mg/dl.

Many "doctors" would say that 55 mg/dl is "hypo-glycemia" but I call it "mild hypo-glycemia" and I say it is good to have mild hypo-glycemia. It is not "dangerous" and you WILL get a little bit of growth hormone. Do it enough times, and it might be enough to make you grow taller.

You can also lower your blood sugar with aerobic exercise. It does not matter how you lower blood sugar, what matters is if you can get it down to below 70 mg/dl and above 55 mg/dl (even 50 mg/dl is okay, but you will feel a bit dizzy) and keep it around there for an hour or more.
