I am currently on a string of multiple flights home and decided to attempt a 72 hour fast on my way there, so by the time I arrive back home ill have completed it and can go back to eating well and gym again, since I want to fast but not when I could be gyming

I am currently 37 hours in but am feeling pretty rough due to no food, shit sleep due to planes and jet lag, but I rather die then eat before I complete my goal, I hope these things actually do something

Deep Autophagy & Cellular Renewal:
The main benefit of this duration is triggering significant autophagy, where the body breaks down and recycles old, damaged cells and proteins, promoting systemic repair.

Immune System Regeneration: Studies indicate that 3-day fasts can stimulate the regeneration of immune cells, potentially reducing
inflammation and protecting against autoimmune conditions.

Metabolic Reprogramming & Insulin Sensitivity: It drastically reduces insulin levels, improving insulin sensitivity, which helps manage blood sugar and may lower diabetes risk.

Ai btw

i think you're good
