Its dependent on genes, hormones, diet, the air you breathe, what kind of shaving cream you used. But of course for the most part its genes. Your hormones are dependent on genes as well. So really it all comes down to genes. Now if youre taking tranny pills then you will have quite a different fat distribution but for regular people, its all about your genes
