Good. Surgery is bad. I suggest you take more showers and meditate instead
Is a good option fat grafting for jawline and chin?

if u dont like surgery get filler

Fat transfer is better and permanent
Fat transfers are hard to predict and as far as I know are not nearly as malleable as fillers.

I've seen some okay results but why would you want a squishy chin, what's the problem with implants or an osteotomy.

the squishy-ness isn’t a concern; I feel my gf’s chin and it’s literally a catfish; she has a perfectly projected fairly tall feminine chin, but it’s mostly fat jfl, like it’s squishy, then I feel my own and it’s hard as rock, so it’s not really an issue, some people have more fat there. Also, there’s really no other way to fix mentolabial folds other than fat.

how many mm can it give? whats the max? And do you know if it causes the skin stretching effect that moving bone forward would have?

I’ve gained 3mm but that’s what I asked for, I believe you can go well beyond that we just ran out of fat.

but if you asked for 3 mm, wont you end up with more like 2 or even less since the studies showed that you only retain about 75%

Yeah probably less - 75% is a very good result - I did PRP and have followed up with (and have my own) red light therapy, so I’m ensured a 70%+ fat retention.
My chin to philtrum was about 2.2 (tall lower third but failoed by my tall philtrum at around 18mm) - it’s now like 2.6 as I’ve gained about 2-3mm of chin height (aiming to make it more square, as opposed to just taller) and I had fat grafted behind my upper lip to “flip” and fill it - it decreased my philtrum by about 1.5mm and looks genuinely amazing.
