fat transfer is usually under 10k

yes because when you gain/lose fat you don't gain/lose more fat cells, it's just that your current fat cells get bigger/shrink

sure, but be careful, as it will exacerbate nasolabial folds - if you’re serious about looksmaxxing you would go ahead with this then use aqualyx to nuke any unwanted facial fat as well as just above your nasolabials.

It won’t fix them, only make them worse in the long term - unless you do your grafting above the furtherest point of zygo projection so that it has something to sit on and not sag.

Exactly, I’m my experience, almost 2 months post op - it’s like 30% from day 1 (the swelling made me look like a demigod), but like 70-80% since like day 10 once the swelling subsided.
Keep in mind I did PRP to increase results.
