It depends on your problem. If you have recessed infras you should opt for an implant because the dark circles are caused by a lack of bone support and not the placement of fat. If you have dark circles for the lack of fat in the under eyes it's better to opt for fatgrafting.

In either case, fatgrafting would help. Anyone who says no doesn't understand shit
