I would just leave it. Looking mog from front and the side isnt exactly recessed, maybe just a bit flatter. Thecel has a thread on the difference between the 2. But I wouldnt say its particularly a falio for u.

I dont think so but the ideal looks like a subtle cartilage graft, the radix is low here and a high radix very commonly overlooked feature

From what ive seen its super invasive. Imo the only situation its warranted is if someone has quite bulging eyes which he doesnt have.

If someone has bulging eyes fixing the orbital vector is pretty much always the best option

And its not super invasive imo,definitely less invasive the most,the donor area is small and not super sensitive and noting in his face is being removed,recovery can be quick and pretty easy

Theoretically u could enhance the paranasal region with fat / filler / implant but it would make ur upper lip look super flat I think.

I promise u its pointless to do it, just morph it and u will see. Its an invasive surgery.
