Is filler actually bad?

I see many good cases of filler, and going for bone cutting surgery is scary and dangerous.
What if bad filler is just a case of survivorship bias and low quality old filler techniques

No good moderate filler is amazing and undetectable. Every Hollywood actor has done it at some point
