Is filler migrating a big problem?

yes, its very common in the under eye area but mainly due to poor injection technique & overfilling. Imo its best to do dissolvable fillers like HA and re treat

js get it done professionally, bc ur eyes move a lot that can contribute to migration. imo js get implants
