Is filler truly as bad as people say it is?

Recently saw a clip where clav really gave his own opinion on filler (specifically gonion and chin filler) on how injected hyaluronic acid never truly dissolves from your body and really tends to migrate with time and gravity down to the hyoid region. I feel like i've seen some amazing results on filler and with research have came to the conclusion that it really depends on the skill of the injector. What are your thoughts on this?

Implants are almost always better but more expensive than filler. Filler only really migrates when you "play" with the area a lot. I wouldn't recommend, for example, gonions fillers because of how close they are to the masseter muscles which extend and contract very frequently.

My thought aswell. Thing with implants are they are very expensive and very invasive.
I've been interested in jaw angle implants but never truly considered it as my first option, feels like 75% of the time the jaw doesn't really match the face after surgery. e.g. timothy haireth
