Hello guys I am thinking about doing 4ml jaw filler each side 2ml chin filler.I dont think I will get much from bimax after seeing lurking truecels post.I have inward gonions.My question is will jaw and chin filler alone can save my chubby cheeks.If not I will start to save for zygo implants

Yeah jaw filler is the way to go then. And zygo filler laterally isn’t as prone to migratin and usually requires less if you’re up for it. But otherwise implants would be your only options.

I wouldn't say go to Giant for jaw implants unless you're heavily lacking bone support (filler is just volume). And even then you don't have to go to Giant for that you could go to Ramieri or other surgeons who work with respected designers

But for anything Eye area related for sure gotta be him his results i've seen are great

i know people who have had filler migration and they looked horrible for months. but yeah filler is a good temporary option in my opinion implants/bsso or bimax is better for most cases (if we are considering long term)

i was quoted 20k usd for bsso and full custom peek implants. (didn't end up going with it)

That wasn’t a standard Giant case. The design was dictated by extreme non-negotiables, making giant an order taker rather than the designer, so using it as a representative example is misleading and something the uninformed do - cherry picking sub-optimal or early cases is classic negativity bias.

The “unfrauded” photos of me you’re referencing were taken during recovery, before edema, soft-tissue remodeling and fat redistribution had finalized, so they’re not representative of my current state at all.

The conclusions you’ve drawn are completely understandable for someone outside the loop.
