Is finasteride worth taking to prevent hairloss?

I started taking them (1mg 3 times a week) but I’m contemplating on whether or not I should stop. Apparently it can ruin your sex drive forever if you’re unlucky.

Depends. If you’re young and healthy with a high natural test, then lowering your DHT for slightly more test is probably safe. The people that ruin their lives often had low androgens anyway and should never have touched anything like fin
