I've observed this in Mexicans of primarily Native American ancestry.
Now, maybe their ancient Visigoth (which are Germanic) ancestry could cause it in Mestizos or people with notable amounts of Spaniard DNA. Probably not though.

Not used to these phenotypes. I'm in the USA.

The primary phenotypes I am familiar with are Anglo-Saxon, Germanic, Nordic, Mediterranean, Mestizo, Native American (of Latin America), Mulatto, Blacks, East Asian, and FOB blacks (rarely, but they look different from non FOB blacks.)
