Realistically how much could it help you aesthetically

I do have a pretty narrow palate but I’m wondering if its worth pursuing at 19

FME is extremely overpriced. if you want a palatal expander, choose a custom MARPE. Keep in mind that if you do it only for aesthetics, it can actually descend you if you aren't the right candidate

Idk yet I’ve always heard my dentist and orthos always talk about how small my mouth is and it’s just small using the eye test

Any source for that? I heard even FME providers say that the drop is the same because it's a consequence of expanding the maxilla, and the nose bump as well. Where is your evidence? From what I've seen, the only differences between FME and MARPE are the price, the placement, and the dimensional stability—otherwise, I don't see any difference.

the maxilla doesnt drop with fme only marpe at least thats what ive seen

Its super cope, you should be extracting you canines to increase zygos and forward growth potential
