Is forehead reduction ever a good move? I’m 22 years old high hairline. Getting mixed opinions right now. A lot of people say I just need fin and minoxidil cause my hairline is receding, others say to do forehead reduction or hair transplant.

you dont need that surgery grow your hair remove all the hair in your chest its unappealing cut that moni eybrow bro there are so many things you have to change before going to suegery learn hygene your probably fat too so loose some fat try getting better skin it looks dull I would suggest (minoxidil + dutasteride 2.5mg daily + ru58441) all that for hairline and dutasteride the rest would prolly be androgens but try getting the basic stuff dialed in first

Infraorbital implants are a good start, to give more widensess and projection to your midface. Spend most on the eye area. I can't tell from these pictures if you need any jaw surgeries tho

you probably don't need jaw surgery, the priority should be the midface and eyes, and then the hairline.

What do i do for hairline? And do you think forehead reduction is worth it for me? Was told it makes me look way older and makes my face imbalanced + weaker looking jaw.

Scalp advancement could be a good option, I'd recommend you consult with multiple doctors about it though.

oral is stronger but will cause a crazy bloat if your bald I would go for oral, ru58441 is obv as a cream or serum the powder is to make your own serum we don't want that so go on amazon and buy it there

Go for it then, your decision
Have u heard

where do I get ru from? Also is it smarter to start with fin? I don’t have any scalp hair loss, just hairline and temples slight slight recession.

I already told it on amazon you can get ru and finasteride is trash go straight to dutasteride its much better and don't use 0.5mg use 2.5mg daily it will protect 30% more your scalp then 0.5mg and dht will already be nuked to the ground so going from 0.5 to 2.5 will just reduce serum dht by ~4%. I would either try getting a prescription but I don't think they will prescribe you 2.5mg daily so I would buy it on indiamart dw its legit you just have to find a good source

Do I take minoxidil too? Or should I wait maybe 5-6 months?

Also is ru really worth it? I have no scalp hair loss yet .

Are you Somalian?

No. Your hairline and temporal peaks are clearly miniaturized and receding. Hairline lowering / forehead reduction isn't an appropriate treatment for men with male pattern baldness (at least those with loss in the frontal third).
Your priority right now should be to halt and hopefully reverse the loss. Finasteride/Dutasteride, Minoxidil, and a dermastamp, could help you achieve just that.
Forget about any type of surgery for the time being.

What do you recommend I take? Fin or dut? And oral or topical minoxidil? I’m a little scared of the sides I’ve heard. Also are u on discord? Would like jaw surgery advice if possible.

Then start with finasteride+minoxidil mixed together in a topical lotion. Several studies have shown reduced side effects compared with oral alternatives ; when applied topically, finasteride only reduces DHT serum by 20 %, and still targets DHT in the scalp with similar efficiency (a bit inferior to oral finasteride, but not by much).
I've been using such a lotion for nearly 3 months on my temporal peaks, and it works.

Would 0.5 fin everyday + topical minoxidil be good? Like rogaine? And what, would I just take the foam of the rogaine and rub it on my hairline and temples pretty much? Just started a convo with u in here, could use some extra advice about some other stuff if u can help.
