If I get double jaw surgery, will I finally be able to have good head posture?

@alexjones I saw the videos that you posted. The guy seems to believe that you can fix recession just by adopting good posture, which is BS imo.

hes a med student but idk,its better to have the surgery tbh,if thats true i think it would take long to fix any damage that has been done

theres a connection but nowadays most of the forward head posture is caused by using smartphone not trying to find space in the airway
