Is France good as an country ?

I live here in Austria, it’s mostly not bad, it seems it’s likely not that good by our neighbour there in France, anyways I never had any good look on there except what I heard from.
I also know France good taken over by negros, so it’s probably as worse as I heard.

Probably it’s so, they earn lesser but their prices are also lesser as I heard.
I think France is not that bad, as an example Elsaß Lothringen is pretty good there, it was German many centuries before the frances did take it.
The land there is amazing, I know this from a dude who was a tourist there.
