This is simply a skill issue, the last time I measured I was at 6"8, and it's not uncanny if you actually are socially capable, people tend to get somewhat used to it with repeated exposure, the what the fuck effect is also in my experience, not typically a negative unless you also have a what the fuck personality (or face let's be honest) to go alongside it
