In the uk Im pretty sure i can get a septo free on the NHS (bluepilled) but I want a septorhino cus my nose is kinda fucked and crooked from being recessed and septum deviation. Im also getting LF1 6mm approx this year so hopefully that should help my airways but would it make sense to get septo free and then go get rhino private or just not bother getting free septo and get the septorhino private? This is not my biggest issue rn anyway my malocclusion and recessed max are bigger issues, just wondering on this q. Ty
