Is furosemide still worth using if I want to live a healthy and somewhat long life?

Planning to use 80mg once a week but don't think it'll be worth it if it comes with too many health risks.

4 times is too much I tried like 2 times and was going to and fro to the toilet for atleast 2 hrs
