It either evolved as an adaptive reproduction strategy (for dah incels) or as a by-product of the male high sex drive, aggression, etc. So you can't really say that it's primal, as it's an adaption. But anyways, explaining a behavior biologically doesn't justify it morally.

Not really, females overall choose the male they let hit for free.
