i like world building and just creative shit in general, i enjoy blender and making concept art. id like to be a director but game design would be more stable i imagine

You're better off doing some indie game/film with your skills. You don't need a traditional school for that, they're far behind whatever the internet can teach you nowadays. School is only good for the certificate.
