Is getting a septoplasty without rhino a waste?

GUYS I breathe like shit and my nose is a little turned to one side, but I NEED BIMAX.

My concern is that if I get a septo without rhino it might be stupid, but if I ask them to do a rhino I might get cooked when I get bimax

my doctor told me I need septo too, I checked my face w an xray, turns out there was no problem in the nose, it was just the narrow palate, marpe and fix. Check if that’s the same reason

But my nose is literally turned to the side and when I move my nose I can finally breathe correctly
