I’m having bad mental health on roids I never felt like this before so it’s the roids but I feel lonely while I have many friends irl I slay and I have a loving family

But when I first stared I had a gf now I don’t maybe that could be it to because I use to tell her everything

It’s hard to find a therapist that understands your needs, a therapist would tell you to hop off and that’s it . They dont understand anything. I have the same mental health problem, I just convince myself that hose thoughts aren’t true. You can just research therapist around you and go from there if you want. I thought your mental health gets better on roids
