I've been doing natural bodybuilding for the past 4+ years. I consider myself an intermediate to advanced lifter. I like to use data to track my body weight, nutrition, and workouts. It's helped me see consistent improvements, and identify problem eras and fix them more efficiently compared to when I didn't used to track that type of stuff. I was thinking of getting a Whoop band to track my steps, fatigue, stress levels, and sleep so I can feel better and make sure I know as much as about my health and body as possible. I wanted to know whether it may be worth it for someone like me, and whether the data is even accurate.
