A rounded overdeveloped ramus can cause a round face shape. It looks like the Ramus is slanted inwards although the bone itself is straight and it’s caused by an overdeveloped masseter on the upper part of the muscle

I don’t know if it’s possible to target specific areas of the muscle tho

if you have wide cheekbones or a wide face and your masseter has a shit position, you should go for masster botox treatment given you made you made your massters huge.
Chewing did indeed destroy my face and made me baloonlooking. I had 4 masster treatments by now. Actually after the second treatment my masseters were mostly gone and I had my original look back and my cheekbones were prominent again. But I started mewing and my masseters come back. Now I had 4 treatments. Excepting massters to shrink again near the end of the year. If nothing helps, I will sugically remove my masseter mass or shrinken them..

Botox is a waste in my experience. I had procerus and frontalis injection to unwind the knotted brow couple times (paid for a package) and almost did do masseter injection. One, it gets less effective the more you use it and body quickly adapts to metabolizing the poison. Two, it will spread and sometimes give you uneven look. Not to mention it’s only good for like couple months.
It almost feels like a placebo/scam with minimal efficacy.
