see it like that : what makes your face and body pretty is the features it has, such as ( for the face ) sharp developped bones, eyes, nose, lips etc. most of these are either hidden or deformed because of your fat.
same for your body, an attractive body is one with abs, nice muscles etc, fat is the opposite of this
