Is getting LLS (Leg Lengthing Surgery) worth it? And is MK-677 + CJC w/ DAC cope or not

I'm thinking of getting this surgery in turkey when I'm old enough and able to take a break off work I'm probably gonna be 5'10 when I'm done growing I also might do CJC + MK and try and get to 6'1, but idk if it works can someone tell me also with leg lengthening surgery I wanna get to 5'10 to 6'1 can I do leg lengthening without fucking up my legs and be able to walk again with like 60k max (doing in turkey)

Insulin spike? How through sugar and carbs through fruit or starchy carbs
Also I thought you weren't meant to eat close to sleeping cus then your body focuses on digestion rather than release of hgh
