nasal tip projection stretches soft tissue around the midface, so the nasolabial folds and the under eye vector improves
can this be replicated with paranasal fat graft?

well yes that is what theyre meant for
you think infraorbital and paranasal implant combine can be a good fraud for lefort 3?

I

This guy passed away during jaw surgery because his surgeon cut a major artery.

After I saw that, I'm starting to have second thoughts on getting the huge number of surgeries I need in order to ascend, including but not limited to several major osteotomies like:
  • Le Fort 2
  • Orbital Box Osteotomy
  • Orbital Expansion
  • Distraction Osteogenesis (on the whole anterior cranium and the mandible)
The guy died just from jaw surgery. I'll need to get a lot more than that to ascend, and the risk adds up. Is it too risky to get many extreme surgeries?

I would be grateful if I died during surgery

BDD is when you perceive yourself as uglier than you are. As a PSL aesthetics connoisseur, I know where I stand on the looks scale. It's not like I'm in a delusion thinking I'm so ugly when I'm actually not; I am genuinely subhuman—it's a fact.

I want a forward-projected midface because I love the look and feel of it. It's not even about attracting women.
Same man but I haven't yet found a way for projected midface, idk if eppleys midface implants will give enough projection and I haven't found someone who'd do lefort 2 for aesthetic purposes

infra malar implants + paranasal implants + lf1
Has someone ever done this yet? Are there any before and afters of that? I thinks its a good way to replicate lefort 3. Also why arent more surgeons who do bimax also include implants at the same tome to create that forward growth or ante face look. After my bimax i have to cope by thinking there are still goodlooking people with a recessed upper midface/upper maxilla like robert pattison.

Yes thats what i said, but his lower third (mandible, chin, lower maxilla) is great thats why he still looks good despite having subpar upper maxilla/upper midface.

mandible chin and lower maxilla is very easy to fix and hence why most of people is still ugly? Or because it's rare to find a skull that looks good with recessed maxilla

First of all only a few people have a great lower third (for lower third factors like gonial angle, straightness of mandible body, mandible length, ramus, chin height, chin projection, chin width etc. all play a role) . And of top of that very few people get bimax, genio , jaw implants, chin implants etc. those who get it, wheather its for health or aesthetic reasons, also need to find a good/blackpilled surgeon who is willing to do large adcvancements and has an eye for aesthetics.

Also a good lower third doesnt automatically mean you are attractive. Some people need to fix their upper midface/ upper maxilla after their bimax, because not everyone can get away with it. Also I just gave robert pattison as an example because he can afford having a subpar upper maxilla because of his lower third.

muh upper maxilla
that shit is so fucking overrated on this forum
it's an almost non existent falio irl, not to mention it's easily fixable with paranasal

imagine you're coin flipping
50% chance of winning, this means if you win the next chance of winning will be 25%

so if a plastic surgery success rate is 90% and the other one also is the other plastic surgery will only have a 80% success rate, am I wrong?
