Is getting muscles going to make it easier to get a leaner face?

dumb ass question to be honest - reducing your body fat is going to get you a leaner face which is done through caloric deficit and training, obv in the process of doing that you could put on muscle depending on your starting point

pretty dumb ass answer aswell here bro. You lose fat through caloric deficit not training. Training may however put you in a caloric deficit. Op isnt asking if you put on muscle in the process. The answer to OP question is yes muscle can change your fat distribution resulting in leaner face.

Imagine two people - one is skinny 140 lbs and the other body builder 180 lbs. Both of them have same height as well as bodyfat. But since 2nd guy has 40 lbs more muscle he looks shredded.

I feel since the 2nd guy has way more muscle he would find it difficult to maintain his bw, due to hunger. While second guy, since his bf% is higher can maintain his weight alright.

So wouldn't that mean it's easier to maintain a lean face if you had less muscle?

More muscle faster metabolism faster metabolism easier lose fat

"You lose fat through caloric deficit not training" - you say that fat is not lost during training which is incorrect while training you body uses ENERGY* and FAT* is energy so you literally BURN FAT/ENERGY* also to cringemax a little more he said will it make it "easier" which literally means nothing - again as I said pedantism is cringe please dont do it

Then its the calorie deficit that loses you fat not the training itself. It would be the same result fat loss wise to lay still and just eat in deficit. The energy you use is what may put you in the calorie deficit.
