17, about to be 18 in a month and some change, currently on test, never got growth plates checked, been on for a couple weeks and just on a TRT dose for now, the only thing that's keeping me somewhat going in terms of my depression; I think it's a better alternative than an SSRI that will serve to fuck me over. Estradiol is in the range of 29 pg/ml without AI or test bloodwork; I'm going to get checked in a month or two. The question is, should I get my growth plates checked? I'm planning on larping a wrist injury for an X-ray at a walk-in clinic. This is meta, btw. If you're young and want to get checked, just bring a parent if you're really young. But I have not grown in over 6 months. Dad is 5'8", Mom is 5'5", and I am 5'9". I have Dad's genes, and so does my sister; she is 5'3". My brothers have Mom's genes—one is 6'2" and the other is 6'1". Should I get checked in case Mom's height genes just spawn even though I've been small my whole life and my dad is too (I look exactly like him)? Am I coping? Just yes or no: get them checked.
