Is getting told “u glew up bro” a good or bad thing?

I’m confused till now, I had a few people tell me I glew up, it was only misc changes which helped a ton, but getting told I glew up means I was ugly before and got better looking? Or was good looking and got even better looking? And does that mean I’m sort of attractive now? Considering I was ugly before and “glew up”

yh but that js also means I was ugly beofre, I’m still very happy since now I’m considered normal/somewhat attractive which is way better than before
