You can chalk this post up as normie/grey activity if you want but I'm actually curious.

17 and 6'0, wondering about the actual benefits/worthwhileness of running gh. I'm not gonna sit here like a scared grey and say "will gh or cjc no dac+ipa ascend me/grow my bones". I have accepted the reality that my facial bones won't change and my height is basically at it's cap already. But because of this, what is the appeal of running a gh cycle? Is it just normies that think paying 5k a month and sacrificing health indicators will take them from mltn to htn? I guess I understand the desire for a body halo, but atp would it be wrong to say just get on test+var to look good and grow muscularity.

GH has a lot of recovery hair and skin benefits so if that is the reason for running it I understand but isn't there safer alternatives that cost less and take less effort to where you won't have to monitor blood glucose and possibly take something like an sglt2 inhib? If we're being honest the majority of people that "are considering it" (which we all know damn well they're never hopping on) want to do it just for the idea and theory of facial bone growth.

So genuinely what is the desire or reasoning for blasting gh? especially during pubescent years?

So it's just normies that would rather trust course sellers than read literature basically:ROFLMAO:
yea
they dont care enough to do actual research which is sad then get pressed when u call them out

theoretically increasing growth through upregulated IGF-1 but theres not much evidence it could make a major difference on craniofacial changes at an older close to/ out of puberty.

First of all gh doesnt cost 5k a month, the price is affordable if you have a good source. With the right nutrients and decent testosterone levels GH will probably grow your bones, but isnt a magical ascending tool. The IGF-1 increase through injecting GH isn‘t very big, but its there.

You could try increasing it naturally by eating more raw foods and dairy.

If your looking for safer alternatives, look into Lactoferrin. Lactoferrin is the protein found in dairy products. It is also found in breast milk (what you lost in childhood, btw). Lactoferrin can stimulate bone growth and the formation of new osteoblasts, suppress bone loss, and promote osteogenesis. Scientifically proven to stimulate the following bone signals: LRP1 to ERK/MAPK, IGF-1R to Akt, TGF-BRIl to Smad, p38/PKA

Another alternative for bone growth and forward growth is Myo-inositol. Not much research has been done on this, but the research that has been done, suggests that it has a beneficial effect on jaw growth and mandibular growth. There are also studies confirming beneficial effects in general bone growth in other areas. Ideal dose here is about 10 grams daily. In general, Myo-inositol is the main form of inositol. Myo-inositol is a component of phosphoinositides, special molecules found in cell membranes. To be precise, these molecules control the following main processes: cell growth, division, differentiation, hormone production, IGF-1, Ca2.

I was referring to the price of people selling 5k/month "bone growth stacks" that truly won't get you anything but some enlarged organs and some lean muscle mass, but yes I'm sure it will increase igf-1 to some extent, its impossible for it not to.

I've heard lactoferrin could increase bone growth and osteogenesis, as well as myo-inositol which I will definitely look further into, but I was really just wondering the appeal of running gh to the educated population (which ik is small).

So it's just pointless basically? If there's no evidence to support the theories it's just people making guinea pigs out of themselves over a theory no?:feelswat:

The appeal for uneducated dumbasses is the tiktok community putting it as a magical tool for ascending which it is not. The benefits are not that big for it to be glazed that much

I think a lot of the appeal of gh is not specifically height growth. Its sort of a do everything agent because it promotes bone growth, sleep quality, lipolysis, skin quality, muscle growth/retention, general tissue repair, etc.

Yeah this is what I had been figuring. The next three threads under this for me in similar threads is idiots talking about how they want to get on gh but are scared or are just being influenced by TikTok.
