i think these questions will help not just me but anyone else thinking of trying ghk-cu, so if anyone with experience or high iq on this stuff can share thoughts, it’d help a lot.

just wanna make a post to see what you guys think on this. i’m 21, was wondering if ghk-cu is ideal to start at this age or if i should wait.

what i’m mainly looking for: clear skin, no acne, reduced dark circles nothing crazy, just healthier, cleaner skin overall.

some points i’ve been thinking about:

  • will it help with acne?
i have light acne, not crazy but noticeable. does ghk-cu help reduce acne or just help heal after?
  • will it help dark circles?
i also have dark circles. curious if it actually helps under-eye area or if that’s just hype.
  • is it safe at 21?
any reason it’s not smart to use at my age? i know it’s generally safe but wanna hear from people who’ve actually used it younger.
  • does it lower igf1 only while on it?
i’ve read it can lower igf1 a bit, but once you stop does it bounce back? guessing it’s temporary, but if anyone has bloodwork before/after would be cool to know.

why i think it could be great on a cut:

i’m around 20% body fat now, trying to cut to like 12%. i feel like ghk-cu could help with loose skin while cutting, plus good skin repair, less inflammation, keeps you looking tighter without messing with hormones like harsher stuff. then when i go back to bulking (like 1-2 months), i could stop it and that acts as a natural break.

also, i’m on tretinoin 3x/week, should i keep using it with ghk-cu or let ghk-cu handle the skin work?

one more thing - i’ve heard ghk-cu gives “skin glow,” but personally i’m not into that overly glowy look (feels a bit too effeminate on me). i just want clean, clear, healthy skin. compared to tretinoin glow, is there a difference? i already have a slight glow i like (not rubbery, just healthy - maybe from the tret + moisturizer). i was thinking i could maybe drop tret and inject ghk-cu instead to avoid tret acne flare-ups + rubber skin, or is it actually best to pair them?

any feedback or experience is appreciated. thanks.

I think these questions are somewhat valid , specially the acne one if someone who started Ghk-cu and didn’t see any acne benefits or better dark circles might as well not try it

Sure, imagine this stuff makes you brighter, glowier than tretinoin.. could be a big looksmin making you look like a twink.

You’re good at 21 99% of the time. From experience IGF-1 lowering is only temporary and doesn’t even happen to a lot of individuals. Good during a cut. The glow is more natural looking then tretinoin. You can do both id just recommend alternating days and tret at night
Tired as fuck quote if I missed any key points u want to talk abt

Your questions are absolutely valid but did you select a product like ghk-cu and nothing else? Just to let you know there are better alternatives people are using and I also use tretinoin, its a great product. Some people use taz and these are specifically for acne and anti ageing, I use tret from skinorac along with a good moisturiser from la roche posay and thats enough. For dark circles, retinal eye serum is good.
